anyway - if someone would ask me if I had purchased the game - I'd just shove the physical cartridge into the camera and say "does that answer your question? now let me fckn run the game"

if you stream directly from your console, no - there's no way for you to add additional stuff onto that stream. like Tron_Javolta said, you'd need a capture card to send the video to your computer, add the splits & then stream that.

Pretty much anything slightly sad makes me cry, so yeah, here's a small portion of those games that made me cry already:

Disgaea - "Under the Moon" (Red Moon Scene) Disgaea 2 - the bad ending FFX & FFXIII-2 Endings (funny enough I didn't care in FF7) Fairy Bloom Freesia Ending Dota 2/LoL & Paragon (words can hurt :C) Phantom Brave - The Fucking intro sacrifice Skullgirls - pretty much every ending Shadow of the Colossus - Parts of the ending Shadow the Hedgehog - MARIA! Kingdom Hearts - CoM, RE:Coded Ending, 358/2 Days Ending, Birth By Sleep

currently it's not possible, but from the looks of it the rework of the timing system will also include the feature you want,

although you could bypass it by making a new set variables for each category that needs em. gets a bit cluttered, especially w/ many categories/variables, but it works.

One of my talents is starting something over and over again (usually without finishing it) w/o it ever getting boring to me

/edit: thinking about it it's probably not much of a talent, as this applies to all speedrunners.

I agree that the leaderboard's a mess,

1. these are not 100% complete, a few of the raids I did don't even appear on there (esp. those that I hosted) & the layout's a mess there as well.

2. It's up to Celestics & OakyOwl to manage the Leaderboards - I saw Celestics being active on twitter 9 hours ago, so... dunno what's up w/ that.

3)I guess many runners that would've otherwise done runs just went on to play other games, as the game seems to enter a downward spiral of userbase decay, I rarely see new players & more people get fed up w/ the bugs that the game has, while the dev seems to just push out new stuff & forgets about everything else there is. /rant

iirc there's a list of valid emulators around here somewhere (sorry I just woke up) - or ask in the game's forum like tcd11 said.

because it's true & accurate?

many games get added every day, and they are usually checked on by the admins in bulk. please understand that this process takes a bit for each game - resulting in long wait times. usually these wait times can be anywhere between 1 and 30 days.

realtalk: dude, I've been waiting for warframe's "The War Within" for 3 months now (it was delayed) - if your game submission hasn't been checked on after 20 days - then you can ask why, but 1 week is nothing.

E.g.: I run a Any% of OoT on the European Version - then I play on the Japanese version and get a better time, if obsoletion is ticked, my european run will be made obsolete and the japanese run takes it's place, if it's not ticket, both runs will be on leaderboard.

It'll then look somewhat like this (this is from the warframe leaderboard, only one I found that had someone twice):

You will have 50(PAL) or 60(NTSC) interlaced fps, 25(PAL) or 30(NTSC) fps.

I grabbed my old usb card (it's pretty much the same type as the GV-USB2 - from a different manufacturer tho) - will test if it works for ps1 games on ps2.

for reference: I'm using a logilink USB 2.0 video & audio grabber VG0001A - seeing how the audio is not really synced & that weird blue bar I guess it's broken tho :D
