What is the stance on Emulation for Sega Marine Fishing? I am definitely interested in running it but I do not own a Dreamcast. If Emulation is out the window, how does one go about acquiring the PC port?

While I'm at the moment still uncertain as to how to aquire the PC port besides purchasing a disc, emulation has been legalized and separated from DC hardware. Playing with any other device besides the Fishing Rod controller is a pretty big departure, but I don't want to prevent the game from growth.
