Optimal version?
What version is the most optimal? Also, what language if that version allows language options?
Japanese. Time won is like 12 seconds in 100%. It is not that important. (Except of course 9% due to it being european version exclusive).
9% hard is european exclusive, 9% normal and easy can be done on US and JP version

the newly released Nintendo Switch Online version has been added as a platform for Speedruns. The game rules have been updated. If you want to perform a speedrun on NSO, you should carefully read the rules regarding NSO and follow the instructions.
