Nope, CD+ isn't in the game.

I would like to point out a glitch that makes Carnival Hoops (The basketball minigame) a bit easier.

Hold space as the game begins. Then, once you see the ball back in Helpy's hand, press space again. This way, you can get two shots before the timer even starts.

just in case any new runners don't know, pressing enter is slightly faster for some screens, such as the menu warning screen and a few others.
