Yes, it's not okay to hide a way to do a massive exploit that would otherwise guarantee a record, and it could be cheating from using cheat engine or other third party resources if not properly explained, post a video explaining how it's done otherwise i have no problem not approving the run until you do, i haven't encountered anyone who doesn't share these types of things and it's very unjust to hide it and against the sites global rules if I recall correctly, usually people share these things right away and runs are accepted because it is verified to be replicated, if it can't be replicated then there is a reason why, I'm limited on time so I apologize if I don't get back right away but I also refuse to spend too much time on an issue like this, bottom line it's not okay to refuse to share how a glitch/exploit is executed.

As you can verify my channel, it is glitchs that I discover ... it is totally unfair that I have to teach general to do this, being that I spend hours looking for gaps in the games ... In my channel, there is a demonstration named after triple jungle, the shape that is made is very similar to that.

Sorry to bump that up but I am starting to run the game and it doesn't feel right that some have advantages that others don't. Speedrun is about speed, not hidden secrets.

Anyway, I've tried to reproduce the glitch and I've successfully (though not consistently) managed to jump above the first barrier in the first level where you need to push the trunk towards the right (without pushing it obviously). It seems that doing a right-left-right before touching a vertical surface makes you go a little bit higher. When you touch a vertical surface, if you push in the other direction, the character seems to stop sliding down for a brief moment and moves a little bit higher on the surface. I have no idea how to chain that for multiple wall jumps though.

I understand not being pleased with someone keeping strats to themselves, but that is not a reason to reject thier runs. That's ridiculous, what if a new runner does a strat you dont know about and they dont realise its unknown? Are you going to reject thier runs too? Again, I understand your frustration with them keeping strats to themselves, it's usually common to share strats with other runners. But this is absolutely not the correct way to deal with that.

Edit: okay I didnt realise the game crosses multiple platforms. Thought it was just in switch which is one of the safer consoles out there right now. I understand the issue here, it's still a shitty situation.

I think the main problem here is accepting a run that may or may have not been cheated because of the lack of knowledge. I've been looking a bit into the run myself and have managed to do a few tricks but not all (might be patched on switch?)
