New to speedrunning this game need help!

Perhaps watching other runners and see how they do things and how the react to certain scenarios.. Top runners put 100s of hours into practicing to get to where they are at now. I'd say watching their runs is a good start.
I recommend watching some runs of people with NohBoard on, it'll let you see their inputs so you can sorta copy them

After discussing this a lot, the Mod Team decided that Buttbounces are now officially allowed in the Glitchless category!
Why the change?
