hey guys so this is how i think the games / categories rules should be so lets begin

Base game rules:

• In-game timer is required to be turned on (LiveSplit is allowed, there just isn't any autosplitter yet)

• You are not allowed to mod the game to your advantage, or use any glitches to your advantage (The only exception is glitched categories, where you are allowed to use glitches.)

• Raw footage is optional, but helps verify your run's legitimacy.

• Timing for most categories ends when your timer stops at Badeline's Island.

• You are allowed to have external guides open on your second monitor for remembering some tricks / berry locations. (For example the falling platform berry.)

• Game audio has to be audible and the video footage needs to be high quality enough for your run to be accepted.

category rules:

100%

• Collect every single berry and cassette.

• On the last cassette below Badeline's Island, the timer pauses, so you can either have an external time (for example LiveSplit), or let the mods time the pause and add it's duration to the time

• No mods, glitches, or other unfair advantages allowed.

• Timing ends when you collect the last berry.

Any%

• Reach Badeline's Island as fast as possible.

• No mods, glitches, or other unfair advantages allowed.

• Timing ends when your in-game timer stops at the end of the run.

20 Berries

• Collect every red berry in the regular map. (aka. no cassettes)

• No mods, glitches, or other unfair advantages allowed.

• Timing ends once your timer stops near Badeline's Island.

All Cassettes

• Collect every cassette in any order as fast as possible.

• No mods, glitches, or other unfair advantages allowed.

• Timing ends once you collect the last cassette berry under Badeline's Island.

• On the last cassette below Badeline's Island, the timer pauses, so you can either have an external time (for example LiveSplit), or let the mods time the pause and add it's duration to the time.

i changed it up a bit

how about a mod that changes the timer to stop on badeline talk or credits sign interact and disable the timer pause? (as seen in part of this mod). I think this would make timing somewhat more consistent

this might just be me being a dumb dumb but dash and dialogue having the same button makes this kinda annoying. Idk if there's a dedicated talk button

I honestly think these are all the categories we need

Honestly the only category I think might be a good addition is 20 berries but I am fine with just any% and 100%

I think all cassettes would be nice (there are 10)
