Description
Done for 12 hour challenge.
Pretty sure -2.1 is not the accurate time to set start timer to for console runners.
Either way, not a very clean run. We'll come back to this later.
New rule in low%
At the request of the players, the main rule for low% has been changed:
- Now it is forbidden to pick up any items (including the Roadkill rat).
