I trying to make the red pipe glitch but when Mario goes out the red pipe and Mario hits the block the camera move somewhere. Can anyone help me what is the problem?

That glitch as the end can happen with any setup (and is luck based as far as we know) but doesn't actually prevent the wrong warp, unless you're using the fastest setup (involving getting a shell with you into that pipe). If you do the crouch zip and then press A to hit the music block (which is how you normally activate the warp) as if you hadn't "disappeared", it should work normally. Make sure you don't move around though. Considering I saw you swimming after a change of screen and all, I assume you moved.
