Are Mega Moves allowed when speed running WWF Raw? Bam Bam Bigelow has a human torpedo Mega Move. With Bam Bam Bigelow standing - up, down, left or right, y. Technically, Mega Moves are considered secret moves in the game. I didn't see anything anywhere that says Mega Moves are not allowed. I can capture a run and upload it to YouTube if that helps to understand.
Of course, you can use every Move that is in the Game, even Mega Moves.
in most Games on Speedrun.com everything is in the rules on the Gamepage, but there are no rules written, if you use an emulator, specify which one, Retroarch is mostly banned, have Fun
The first thing I did was search somewhere here for rules or guidelines to follow. Hence why I was asking the question. I know some speedrun communities have rules or guidelines to follow. I do own a SNES and the cartridge. But no capture card yet. When I use an emulator, it will be mainly snes9x on a PC.
