I tried doing some NSC runs but the wrong warp at the end of the run just sent me to the Pokemon centre. This video was not an actual run, just to show that it wasn't working for me. The audio screwed up so ya no sound. Anyways, if someone could please explain why this didn't work that would be great.

looks like your options were wrong. The J item in the underlow was the wrong quantity. The settings before you start the run should be Fast,Off,Shift, which makes the J item Jx9 instead of the Jx3 you had.
