a way to have more people doing speedruns of a game, is adding meme categories, for example die% or pipe% (hatch with a pipe)

ik it's ridiculous but i think flappy bird deserves to have a meme category due to it being in speedrun.com with only high score leaderboards

There's not really a way to "speedrun" the game in any capacity with any room for competition as far as I can tell. This game was added to the site in 2017 with the sole purpose of being a highscore leaderboard.

I mean there's possibility for things like medal%, reach a medal with the minimum amount of frames, or Pipe%, die and land with the whole sprite in the pipe.

As far as I'm aware, runs based on medals were tried in the past and it wasn't very interesting. You can see in this thread from 2 years ago: https://www.speedrun.com/flappybird/forums/rhksd that speedrunning just doesn't work with this game.
