Should Madeline PC mods be allowed?
Should she be allowed? Sprite modification isn't allowed, but it's parity with Switch edition, which is allowed

As of the current state of the community, I guess you can do whatever you want as long as you don't cheat, the speedrun will probably be accepted anyway. But I'm no mod :)
