So what happens if i'm speedruning and i need to use the bathroom BAD! Does that kill the run? Or, if i'm streaming it, can i quite out, go use the bathroom and comeback? It would suck to get close to the end of a "All Achievements" Stream and have to start all over because "nature called"

There is no rule against breaks during quitouts in Bloodborne, but I advise you not to abuse that unnecessarily because verifiers agreeing to reject a run with an absurd break would just be fair and square.

In BB, you can quitout and go, just don't take like an hour to come back and you'll be fine
