I think that any sort of emulation is banned if that is emulation.

I believe only legitimate disc copies are allowed. UYA is pretty cheap tho, I'd just pick up a copy.

I believe this game is still perfectly playable on the PAL version. I could be mistaken, but I think the NTSC differences are not major.

All the major skips still work on PAL, they are just a lot harder and the run overall is more frustrating and less fun. Here's the fastest PAL run:

I'd wager a guess with 99% certainty that it's banned.

Just get a copy of swap magic and the American Version of UYA and you can easily play it on a Europe PS2
