Is auto fire/turbo allowed in these runs to prevent RSI/fatigue?

I didn't use it, and I don't recall anyone else making a point about using it. I'd hazard a guess that the answer is no, but I'm not the authority on that around here.

Can you not just hold the button down? I don't remember having to mash anything (?)
