So ascention 3 is coming out when someone finds the max R, I am going to speedrun from R0-R?. If i did no gifts plus no scry can i sumbit the times for every category on the way to R? ?

Yeah you can do that, but try to provide video at least for the early categories (R0 to R1 and everything below), and screenshots for every other category after that.

well obviously for Rs above 1-3 a video would be too long, you could record a video showing you reincarnating and the stats page with the time if you want though

For the first few runs, no. For everything after that, yes. A screenshot is not optional though
