I recently found a way to get out of bounds in this game. It requires Dragonfly Dash and a upwards/downwards scene transition. There are instructions on how to do it in the video. This out of bounds technique works in multiple areas, but I'm unsure of where this type of out of bounds could be useful. Hopefully we can exploit this technique in the run to do some crazy stuff.
There's another strange OOB near the TriShot.exe hack with the only requirement being to enter from the top left. Get hit by a guard, and hold left, that's a load transition and you're now OOB. Nothing you can really do with it though.
