Hey guys! Been playing oot3d casually for some times and love it! So I thought I try to speed run it since I already know some glitches!

Been trying Hess with bombs for a couple of days now but can't get it! been watching some tutorials, including benstephens, but I cannot seem to get it!

Easily spent 15 hours only trying this trick!

Just keep practicing the ESS position. When you get that down start trying to HESS. If you get a FESS you shielded too late and if you just stand in the bomb you shielded too early. Just keep practicing and you'll get it.
