I finally figured out how to skip the dialogue right after the dog and practicing that section of the game repeatedly ad-nauseum.

I also finally got the perfect pattern from the doll during a run with a good seed. That's a first.

After doing a comparison between the previous record and this run though it appears I lost time in places (like Doll room and the text skip right before the dog) so this run is still beatable but C-ending is now getting to the point where realistically we can probably only shave 1 or 2 more seconds off.
