Here's the routing I used for the any% run I did to start the game.
ANY%: complete prologue loop 1: get stabbed loop 2: discover spy, get stabbed loop 3: get ghost ending loop 4: get stabbed by fortinbras loop 5: meet ghost, get book loop 6: choose to die
prologue: journal tutorial go to great hall laertes father's request queen father's request leave great hall map tutorial
loop 1: don't forget to click out of room manually view painting in gallery (far left top wall lower queen) for queen astrid black out thursday 15:00 ish wake up friday 17:00 play cannot leave - only event it's faster to click through the event balloons rather than wait for the event to conclude naturally get claudius confession can't leave again sleep after - examine later if there's a way to sneak something in here, but i doubt it go downstairs for quick bernardo spawn? examine if there's a quicker one go to gertrude's chambers talk to brit then hamlet for key
loop 2: walk out, timewarp tutorial timewarp to landing go up to get key get queen's diary go to grounds, timewarp til quince to prevent him interrupting on way to the guards go to graveyard, timewarp until polonius talks timewarp until he stands up at 22:30 talk to polonius at graveyard thursday night about queen astrid get guards gambling thursday evening - VERY tight but doable go get brit melancholy - two small time warps bring up event after entering gallery talk to horatio to get art supplies talk to queen to discover letters talk to hamlet to get mom's stuff get letters wait for irma to leave get supplies go to town wait OUTSIDE tavern to avoid stabbing event get stabbed by brit
loop 3: skull tutorial spill everything to hamlet wait somewhere you won't be interrupted, will be called to polonius then graveyard
loop 4: pick up linen pick up art ingredients go pick up letters wait for both events to proc meet brit in pub wait in castle town
loop 5: go to walls, get info from ghost about notes tell bernardo about brit and fortinbras go to hamlet, tell about notes timeskip until event over go get notes timeskip until brit announcement timeskip until start of sunday go in bar, wait until she shows up
loop 6: choose to die
The most difficult part of the entire route is going from Polonius in the graveyard to the guards gambling, and missing it throws off the entire run. If you timewarp while walking, it is entirely possible to have the event end right out from under you. Polonius starts standing to become talkable at 22:30, and the guards wrap up around 23:10. If you find it gets too tight, I recommend only warping until you're just outside of the guard room, then preparing to click on Irma's bubble.
For building on this for other runs, note that there's a huge downtime early on before the first blackout that I've yet to find a way to make productive.
