Implemented a new regular strategy on Eye of the Storm which saves around one second if done well, and drove better overall. The splits to go under 12 minutes and 50 seconds are there, but I'll leave this run at that for the moment.

On a side note, I did attempt for a few weeks to get a Mine Clip skip on a full run and got it once, hence the huge possible time save on that track, but the skip is so RNG that makes a clean run with it and the Credit Card Skip extremely unlikely.
