Go to the leaderboard, select emu, show rules, then category rules. Keybind and emulator restrictions are all there. Read the rules and come back if you still have questions.

Emulators are perfectly fine within certain perameters, but it has to be one of the good ones. Certain emulators aren't allowed from what I know, so make sure you're using something like project64.
