Is there like a list of ideal split times you would want to get, in order to get sub 20 in 16 star? If not would anyone be able to make one?

you cant really say 'to get a sub 20, you need these times'. you need to learn a route thats good for you and make changes to strats when you feel more comfortable. in your personal best, find where you lost time and make it up next time. also you cant make an ideal splits for sub 20 cos sub 20 is not ideal

Okay I guess what I meant was average splits, not ideal splits. The reason I'm asking is because I wanna do ILs to help me improve but I need to know what to aim for with each one, bearing in mind I want them to equal sub 20

Just curious, what stars do you get from each stage? I run no LBLJ and my sum of best is literally 16:59 lol.. what I could do is add like 10-20 seconds to each of my gold splits and make them add to 19:59. This is what I do for the first 15 stars:

bob 1 (bomb clip) wf 6 ccm 8 dark world 9 ssl 11 lll 12 hmc 15

You can check out my splits on my PB if you’d like. Not sure if it’d help, but I’m only 12 seconds off from sub-20 and it may be a good reference point.

@KasualPlayz I do the same as you, but I do dorrie star in hmc (elevator clip) instead of dark world reds, however I may switch to your route soon. @fitzy65 Thanks, that would help, but did you make any big mistakes or have any perfect splits, cos that might make it difficult to compare.

@Revi64 Cool, yeah I believe the route I do is the fastest for no LBLJ according to the RTA guide. Anyways, like I said, I'll round my golds to the nearest second and add 10-20s to each of them (adding more time to longer/harder splits ofc)

You might want to put them in first if you're gonna use them just to see if it adds to 19:59, but it should. Also, since you're doing elevator clip instead of dw reds at the moment, you could probably take 30 seconds or so off dark world and add it to hmc

Wait how do you have a 1:29 BoB? On absolutely perfect runs I get 1:40.
