This was done on the MiSTer FPGA using a CRT TV and the SNAC controller adapter for the most accuracy and least latency as possible. I would still consider this an "emulator" run because it's still not original hardware, although more accurate than SNES9x and ZSNES, and even runs at the SNES native speed (60.08hz).

I'm hoping that the MiSTer FPGA becomes a truly accepted platform in the speedrun community.
