Description
Lost 3 minutes to dying to Dancer. First try Vilhelm Skip. Missed Angel Skip, went the regular way, lost 40 seconds. Second try Partake Skip, lost 20 seconds. Really good RNG late game. Gonna be bad to run against excluding the timesave of Dancer.

This change shouldn't have a noticeable impact on submissions and common practice. However, we felt it is important to define this requirement in the ruleset.
