A little late but better late then never:
The Speedsouls community had a vote on the 28th of December to decide whether to deny or allow the use of the No Babyjump Mod for speedruns of Dark Souls II.
Due to some runners choosing to not vote, the maximum number of remaining voters reached 37, of which 19 runners voted in favor of allowing a baby jump mod for leaderboards runs for Dark Souls II and SotFS.
Thus, the baby jump mod will be allowed for all runs in the future, and runs done in the past using this mod are now eligible for the leaderboards.
- As of 1st November this year we will be enforcing a new submission rule regarding the standby-time in Dark Souls III menu screens as a result of multiple submissions within the last few months containing breaks of several minutes. Whereas many of these breaks are caused by technical issues, which are admittedly very common in Dark Souls III speedrunning and will therefore be handled differently, other people use it to simply catch up with their stream chat or have a little talk.
Similar to the Dark Souls ruleset, which states: "If you use the Save & Quit mechanic at any point during a run, you are required to resume gameplay immediately on the same character. Any delay in loading your character back in will cause a video to be denied, (...)", moderators will start rejecting runs as they see fit. Check http://speedsouls.com/Dark_Souls#Rules
- Additionally, moderators will start rejecting runs that block/ hide gameplay elements from the VOD as in the reference below. These gameplay elements should be visible at ALL times in the submitted VOD.
Is there a way to give a Category Extensions page more visibility by linking it to the homepage of the main game page somehow? Right now, I cannot seem to find any option to make it stand out in a way on the main page.
For example, having an option underneath "Discord" or "Website" that says: "Category Extensions" where you can fill in the URL of the actual Category Extensions page would be a good solution I think.

I've been speedrunning Dark Souls III with a passion since last year September. I love to help out new runners and staying involved in the community.
I mostly watch souls speedrunners but I also love other to watch and play other games such as Doom, Unreal Tournament, Banjo and SMS.

Maybe really simple but I couldnt find it:
We want to delete the column "Platform: PS4" on the Bloodborne leaderboards since PS4 is the only platform for that game anyway. (Its just unnecessary to have it show 20 times in a row in the LB for All Bosses for example).
Can anyone pinpoint me how to remove that specific column in the LB? We would like to keep it shown underneath the game information when you visit the page though.

I am supermod for the Souls series and Editor for our own boards on Speedsouls.
We want to mirror our own hosted Leaderboard from the Souls series: (Dark Souls I, II, III, Bloodborne, Demon Souls) to the SR.com boards here.
The boards here are very outdated from some games which have low moderation and I was wondering if its possible if there is an easy way to get all runs (probably around 100+) from our boards imported to the ones here so we don't have to manually verify everything.
Is there in general a way how we could accomplish this?
Rules:
- Speedruns are timed in RTA. (There is no load removal plugin available)
- Timer starts when you see the loading screen for the first mission. (Not the opening cutscene)
- Timer ends when you deal the final hit to Akasha.
- Other specific rules are mentioned in "Rules" under that the specific category.
- Mods and Mutators are not allowed, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Uploads require video proof.
