Finally got the hang of it, I love this run so much, even though I hate fast mode.

For those of you who have seen my Classic Fast All Apples run, you should recognize "low risk coil" strat here, it's exactly the same thing.

The same reasoning I used it there is why I used it here, in fast mode you often over shot or under shot, this strategy helps mitigate your mistakes to be as non-fatal as they can be.

This strategy is also quite fast, well, since leaving only 1 spot open where 3 apples can spawn in multi mode, this isn't much of a surprise.
