SUGGESTION - Add some level records and old runs and seperate between 1.3 version from 1.5

Like some other games where speedrun differentiates versions, I thought it was necessary to do the same with WOG. Not only is version 1.5 different from version 1.3 on several levels, but version 1.5 can click the end button faster at each level, while version 1.3 will have more or less a delay here.

I also noticed that a lot of official level world records are missing from the level runs page. This makes it look a little bit chaotic. However, some world record holders are now hard to contact. I thought we could upload them to speedrun.com. After these record holders upload their runs here, the uploaded runs can be deleted. Considering that WOG has very few speedruns compared to other games, some older runs can also be uploaded. If necessary, I could collect some runs online and connect with some of the record holders.

I added a "Version" variable with the options '1.3' and '1.5' ('1.5' is the default value since that's what most modern platforms use). Might take some time for me to get around to updating the runs.

As for the missing IL records, I remember Peter B telling me most record holders probably wouldn't mind having their times posted here, so we could probably cross-post them without issues. However, if we did so, I think it would be best if we harmonized the rules between wogfan's "current world records" and our IL board. More specifically, we currently allow the early interaction glitch while that's banned in wogfan runs. If we wanted to follow suit, IL runs that use this glitch could possibly be moved to the category extension.

Considering that runs from other devices can also be posted here, I think it's understandable that there are different rules on wogfan and spr. So I would probably prefer to maintain the existing rules rather than move them to the category extension.

Fair enough. IL's are kind of hard to deal with in the category extension anyways. I think the glitch can only be used in certain levels so maybe not a huge deal. For now I think we could just note use of the glitch in the notes of relevant runs.
