Why is Arcade required for All Cups? I'd think you could use any difficulty. Arcade is probably the fastest, in most circumstances, but some people might want to play on Simulation or even Console as well.

Its not required, but it is the least troublesome

I didn't even know it was stated in the rules. But it isn't required to run this category in Arcade mode specific as I can recall.
