I haven't been able to play it yet, but I think it's a single-player DLC with a definable ending so maybe we should have a category for it as well.

I agree with the DLC being 100%. Any% would be too similar to bother separating.

Do you need to reset your save file for something between attempts for 100%? The owls disappear for me after I find them.

It might make more sense to make Foxtales any% only, given the tedium of deleting save files on PC. I haven't tested it, but it might also require a full restart if you delete your save file on PC as well, which would kill momentum on streams.
