So i wanted to ask some questions about the ruling in some spots.

1. Are you allowed to play in offline mode for Any% and Any% Coop
2. Are you allowed to use items from your Bank in Any% and Any% Coop
3. Are all cutscene and dialogue skips allowed? Thanks Ludger

3. Savequitting is allowed, deleting movie files to skip cutscenes isn't

By 'Bank', do you mean the weapons you can get from Social --> Mail?

No the Bank is the tresure in your room on Sanctuary.

Just to be clear, stuff from mail is fine during a run? Mostly curious about the special legendary items you get from spending extra money on the game.
