I run this game on the Arcade bootleg. Its much more difficult and the enemies kill you in 2-3 hits. Any chance we can get a new leaderboard for the arcade/mame version?

We only accept Official releases, there's no Final fight 2 on arcade.

The runs accepted are from the original game released in 93 on SNES or the re-releases on Virtual console after 2009 (Wii/WiiU)

It was so strange to see that comment of Final Fight 2 as Arcade. The only Arcade game existing is Final Fight 1, this Final Fight 1 Arcade can be played thru Mame, WinKawaks, Fightcade. Final Fight 2 only can be played by using Snes9x, Wii U Virtual Console.

Some weeks ago I found out that in Mame versions there is Final Fight 2 bootleg, created in 1996.

It is called Final Fight 2 (SNES Bootleg) which I can confirm that is a pirate/unlicensed version based on the Super Famicom game, and adapted to be played in Arcade. First, this bootleg was put to be emulated in Mame 0.126u5, and obviously you can find it in the Mame 0.270.

Second, this version was totally upped in Difficulty mode, with a very Arcade mode. Dip Switches, Lives, Coinage... all that implemented and fixed in newer versions. @CzaR is totally right about it, about the experience by playing this Bootleg version.

The rom is easy to remember, it is called "ffight2b"
