Basically the title. A new category separate from 10x% where it’s just time trail runs. Can that be created?

Although not on speedrun.com, there are some leaderboards for miscellaneous categories created by some runners and curated by runner Raymandicoot with quite some runs.
There are a bunch of categories of all kind and for all 3 games, basically a lot of ideas which weren't accepted in the Category Extension page too, you can find them here: https://www.twitch.tv/raymandicoot1/about

I am still around. But at this point I am pretty much retired from Speedrunning. I have not Moderated the meme Categories since I stopped Speedrunning 4 months ago though. I unlikely will Moderate them again too unless I do make a return.
I'm not entirely sure I understand the question. We have individual level leaderboards with all the different time trials as is if that's what you mean
As of February 20th, 2025, due to Twitch imposing a 100 hour limit of highlights per channel, and the increased possibility of runs being lost in the future as a result, Twitch highlights are no longer accepted as proof for submissions.
