I can if you're planning on frame counting your runs. Manual timing is not accurate to that degree, so it won't be useful otherwise.
On Donkey Kong Leaderboard, we added mille seconds to decide rank in the leaderboard with more precision. Concretly, it's hundredth of a second precision when measured, plus a 0.
I wanted to add Dig Dug level runs but I will be already ex aequo with existing runs because of second only precision. :/
Please reconsider.
Edit/!: I measured the existing runs with mille seconds. So, following the adding mille seconds request I want to add a time changes request.

I watched the videos of the runs in slowmotion for accurate measurement.
I wanted to revisit this. All of the top times are within a few seconds and I imagine there will be future runs that will tie these to the second. It might introduce some more competition and interest if milliseconds are introduced for both full and individual levels.
