A new option :DLC
I have added a new option: DLC
Because if players install DLC, they will have more weapons.
I am considering whether to prohibit the use of DLC in the rules.
Because not everyone has DLC.

I don't know how unbalanced the weapons in the dlc are. But I'm also not sure whether they'll even affect speedruns.
