My run had good spawns (green, yellow [besides the doors being blocked] and blue were perfect), but it still has a few mistakes. Adrenaline and Quick Escape interaction cost me a few seconds..my tactical door opener, as well ;) xray-man went to yeetingtown and denied me quick escape.
I believe a below 4:10 is definitely possible!
