So the rules in the co-op any% run state 1 runner allowed....is that just a mistake and the rules for the solo run are applied to the co-op category? I just wanted some clarification before I attempt/submit a run thanks!

The Any% category here is completely unrestricted, allowing for 1p2c in solo, and in co-op the same strats can be done but you will need a second player if you are running co-op (hence the name), the rules on here are just incomplete is all. Therefore, I would go through the co-op rules on https://haloruns.com and follow what the timing says on there (although it appears to be the same full white fade here as well)
