@Scriblestingray Frame-rate is more important than quality.
@Resi I see 480p videos all the time. My runs for other Grand Theft Auto games are 480p 25fps. Anything above 720p 30fps is extra.
Here are Grand Theft Auto IV's rules: ------The run must be contained in a single upload (no multipart uploads or missing sections) [LOCALLY RECORD!] ------In-game sound effects are audible on the video and are not delayed ------Video resolution is at least 360p ------The video is not too dark or too bright to see the run clearly ------Video is in full color (no black and white) ------Video file framerate is at least 25 FPS with no excessive stuttering or frame drops for extended periods of time ------The video begins prior to the first black frame and ends after the first frame of the final cutscene (Include at least a few frames of the first/final white splash screen and at least a few of the final cutscene) ------Everything the runner was able to see in-game during the run must be visible in the submission video (no cropping of the game feed in post)
I don't have much interest or time to watch and edit submissions anymore and there have been more runs lately, so help would be appreciated. If you are a runner of the game or have experience moderating other games and are interested, let me know by replying.
@Daniel_Alvarez41 You should have the radio volume set to 0 and add a hotkey to mute the game audio during Life's a Beach, Cesar Vialpando, and inside the casinos.
Submit the runs to https://www.speedrun.com/gtamemes#GTAV and they might get added.
@Buttermilk Minecraft doesn't have an Extensions board?
@Babyhuehnchen Valhalla isn't in the list like Earth, Esperanto, and European Union. You can use it if you type it, though.
@legrandgrand All the messages use the default date and time formats and the GMT time-zone for now. Pac said it'll be fixed shortly.
@schitan0 You don't need to add a Scriptable Auto Splitter, you can just click Activate in the Splits Editor.
@Habreno Game-type should be set as Webgame for https://www.speedrun.com/idek
