clarification on submission rule 9

what does this mean? am i supposed to make a new submission every time i improve my run? is the rule any different for individual level runs?

i think it means that every time you get an improved time you have to make a new submission, and if you have already submitted a run and you got a better time while waiting you have to make a new submission instead of editing the old one. Not different for individual level runs

3_qw is correct. If you get a better run while waiting for your older one to be verified, then you should just create a new submission as opposed to editing the older one. This streamlines the process for us verifiers
