Continues allowed for Any%.
Timer starts when the players gain control of the characters.
Timer ends when the whole screen goes to black, and those words appear: Thanks to you, the world is saved, ending Loop 1, and about to go Loop 2.

Player 2: Manticor5 (Chile)
The Arcade version is shorter than NES version, but tuffer (same number of areas in both versions: 5).
One important strat for Arcade mode: All mid-bosses in Danger zones and Palace zones can be easily destroyed by being in a specific position (the left position when Player 1 and/or Player 2 is firing, destroying the Dark bosses).
One head down of the Arcade version: You do lose all the upgrade weapon/power every time you clear the Area (Area 1 to 5). In NES version you keep the upgrade/weapon power after every area, unless you are touched by bullet or enemy.
