Description
Obviously shout out to Moo, Koats, Hamushi and Atrioc for the strat. You can definitely get a 24s run with this strat if you can distract Robert's gaurd before 15 secs but also RNG a little on the path Robert takes to the bullet impact. Oh well until someone beats this I'm done with Miami lol. I still haven't finished most of the story missions..
