This IL was destroyed during Destroy Individual Levels December (official) a.k.a. DILD(o).

Preparing a car with bullion before the mission has been done for years. However what's new here is putting the car in the garage, so when you teleport into it you don't have to move at all.

The other trick - instant bustedwarp - isn't new, either. It is a side effect of doing the invincibility glitch: if the cop's corpse is not despawned and you enter a vehicle, it'll bust you. Unfortunately, phone mission markers clear area of peds, including corpses. So we are forced to get marked cops first. The easiest way is to start Decoy 3 times. Then we use the extracted cop to do the invincibility glitch, run to the mission marker and start an attempt. More about the invincibility glitch here:
