This IL was completed during aprIL 
Nothing fancy here. Just the new teleportation trick (shown and explained here: https://www.speedrun.com/gtaiii/runs/yjod20dz) plus marked ghost cars to get rid of lamp posts. There was one that somehow respawned during the mission, so I just drove around it.
