I'm a brand new speed runner that came here after watching a lot of the big guys on youtube. I have been playing Kaizo hacks of SMW for years but never really gave speed running a serious attempt. That is all about to change! I am currently working on speed running SMB3 and am having a BLAST doing it. I have a few worlds under my belt and figured I would use my introduction post to ask a questions as well! I've been putting off world 1 because I found 1-2 and the 1-castle really hard so I figure I will tackle them later. Do you have any tips on getting p speed on the first two hills of 1-2? I heard mitchflowerpower talk about some subpixel something or other. I am sure it is an easy google, but I would love to hear advice from the community!
