Run using Nestopia v1.4.4, with a Wii Guitar Hero guitar as the controller.

The strum bar controls left and right, 1st fret is Up 2nd fret is A, (jump) 3rd fret is B, (whip) 1st +3rd fret together uses a sub weapon 4th fret is Down 5th fret is not used.

Select is the wide Star Power button and Start is the tiny + button next to it.

One day after improving my Trevor to sub-40, decided to try my hand with the Alucard route and was able to string together a deathless run for a mid-38! Some real tense clench moments on the Mummy/Cyclops/Leviathan bosses and the Death fight, but made it through!
