I think the run is actually a little bit faster if I would re-time this by a few hundredths of a second, but its all good.. about as fast as im gonna get this.

Changed the rules to make it easier to Retime/Frame Count the Runs.
The Timer starts at the first blue or black screen after select your character.
The Timer ends at the "You are the New King of the Ring" Screen.
