Venture seems to be really good as long as Burst Mage is out of the equation, but Hope gives Venture a run for its money through the extra health as compared to health deduction, and it also has crit chance.

Since the buffs to damage are percentage based, it makes no difference for the bread and butter combo of Bolt Rail and Magnetic Follow-Up. If you were to get an Arcana that deals a lot of damage in one hit, then Venture would be slightly better. The difference is so minimal, it is really just runner's preference. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
