Ideally yes, the runs will start immediately after eachother. Only planned downtime is testing audio levels for mics. The setup buffers are there in case we end up going behind in schedule. If we don't go behind, it will be an open/bonus stream.

We will need two 'positions' on site. One for Video, one for Audio.
Audio involves switching game audio and runner mics, as well as adjusting audio mixer levels if needed (probably wont be needed as much for runners, but each game has different audio levels)
Video involves setting up the next run while another run is going on. This will be done using XSplit and it's preview feature (OBS studio has this as well, but it's not as easy to work with for automating the game/runner data).
The hardware we are using won't let us preview audio, so that will have to be done between runs; but we can make sure the video side of things is complete beforehand.

To help pay for the conference space ($700 a day) there will be a registration fee of 25 USD.
You can pay this by sending $25 to my paypal, or paying at the event. If you bring a TV to the event, I'll make it $20. (and $2 off for extra TVs down to $10)

Ok, the hotel rep made a link for us to book through. Please book using this as certain rooms are set aside for the event. You need to book by May 5th for this specific link. Currently only rooms with 2 queen beds are booked but I can change it to have others if people request it.

Usually people make groups of 4 for these, in theory you could have more so long as no more than 4 people are sleeping at a time due to the fire code; but it can start to stink pretty fast with non-stop 4 people in a room 24/7.
