Another not good run of Max%, but a 20minute PB. We were on sub-7 pace for a lot of the run despite many mistakes, a few too many slow encounters in Mars2 sealed the deal though. Even with the final mistake taken out (which cost a little over 5m30s) it wouldn't have been enough to push it below sub-7.

With that said, it's entirely possible for this category to go sub-7, and I would say comfortably below 6:40 as well. Not sure if I'll grind for that at all, this may be my last run of the year!
